The controller of the data file shall notify the data recipient as to how up-to-date and reliable the personal data that he has disclosed is, unless this information is evident from the data itself or from the circumstances.
Der Inhaber der Datensammlung meldet dem Datenempfänger die Aktualität und die Zuverlässigkeit der von ihm bekannt gegebenen Personendaten, soweit diese Informationen nicht aus den Daten selbst oder aus den Umständen ersichtlich sind.
