Art. 32

1 With regard to assistance provided by the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security, Articles 70–72h TmPA13 apply by analogy.14

2 A request for assistance may be filed by any person who is entitled to bring a civil action under Articles 20, 21 or 22.

Art. 32

1 Für die Hilfeleistung des Bundesamtes für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit (BAZG) gelten die Artikel 70–72h MSchG13 sinngemäss.14

2 Wer nach Artikel 20, 21 oder 22 zur Zivilklage berechtigt ist, kann Antrag auf Hilfeleistung stellen.
