1 Die Kommanditgesellschaft für kollektive Kapitalanlagen nach Artikel 98 KAG31 erstellt einen Prospekt.
2 Dieser enthält namentlich die im Gesellschaftsvertrag nach Artikel 102 Absatz 1 Buchstabe h KAG enthaltenen Angaben.
3 Für den Prospekt der Investmentgesellschaft mit festem Kapital nach Artikel 110 KAG gilt Artikel 48 sinngemäss.

2 Specifically, this shall contain the information contained in the partnership agreement in accordance with Article 102 paragraph 1 letter h CISA.
3 For the prospectus of an investment company with fixed capital (SICAF) in accordance with Article 110 CISA, Article 48 applies by analogy.
