1 Der Prospekt kann namentlich bei Forderungspapieren, die in einem Angebotsprogramm oder dauernd oder wiederholt von Banken nach BankG27 oder Wertpapierhäusern nach dem FINIG28 ausgegeben werden, in Form eines Basisprospekts erstellt werden.
2 Der Basisprospekt enthält alle zum Zeitpunkt seiner Veröffentlichung vorliegenden Angaben zum Emittenten, zum Garantie- und Sicherheitengeber und zu den Effekten, nicht aber die endgültigen Bedingungen.
3 Die endgültigen Bedingungen sind im Zeitpunkt des öffentlichen Angebots zumindest in einer Fassung mit indikativen Angaben zu machen. Nach Ablauf der Zeichnungsfrist sind sie in endgültiger Fassung zu veröffentlichen und bei der Prüfstelle zu hinterlegen.
4 Eine Genehmigung der endgültigen Bedingungen ist nicht erforderlich.
