950.1 Federal Act of 15 June 2018 on Financial Services (Financial Services Act, FinSA)
Art. 43 Zusammenfassung
1 Die Zusammenfassung soll einen Vergleich unter ähnlichen Effekten erleichtern.
2 In der Zusammenfassung ist deutlich hervorzuheben, dass:
- a.
- sie als Einleitung zum Prospekt zu verstehen ist;
- b.
- sich der Anlageentscheid nicht auf die Zusammenfassung, sondern auf die Angaben des gesamten Prospekts stützen muss;
- c.
- eine Haftung für die Zusammenfassung nur für den Fall besteht, dass diese irreführend, unrichtig oder widersprüchlich ist, wenn sie zusammen mit den anderen Teilen des Prospektes gelesen wird.
Art. 43 Summary
1 The summary should facilitate a comparison with similar securities.
2 The summary must clearly state that:
- a.
- it is regarded as an introduction to the prospectus;
- b.
- the investment decision must be based not on the summary but on the information contained in the entire prospectus;
- c.
- liability for the summary is limited to cases where the information contained therein is misleading, inaccurate or inconsistent when read together with the other parts of the prospectus.
