1 Das Zentralamt prüft, ob die Anmeldung die Voraussetzungen zur Eintragung erfüllt.
2 Ist die Anmeldung mangelhaft, so räumt das Zentralamt eine Frist zur Behebung des Mangels ein.
3 Wird der Mangel nicht fristgerecht behoben, so setzt das Zentralamt eine weitere Frist an oder weist die Anmeldung ab.
1 The Central Office shall check to ensure that the application meets the requirements for registration.
2 If there is an error in the application, the Central Office shall grant a deadline for rectification of the fault.
3 If the error is not rectified by the given deadline, the Central Office shall either issue a further deadline or reject the application.
