941.311 Ordinance of 8 May 1934 on the Control of Trade in Precious Metals and Articles of Precious Metals (Precious Metals Control Ordinance, PMCO)
Art. 67
Mit dem Eintragungsgesuch müssen eingereicht werden:
- a.
- zehn reproduktionsfähige schwarzweisse Abbildungen der Marke, wobei die Ausdehnung des Markenbildes in jeder Richtung nicht weniger als 15 und nicht mehr als 30 mm betragen darf;
- b.
- ein Metallplättchen mit mehreren Einschlägen der Marke.
Art. 67
The registration application must be accompanied by:
- a.
- 10 black and white reproducible images of the mark, whereby the length of the mark image in each direction must be no less than 15 mm and no more than 30 mm;
- b.
- a small metal sheet with several imprints of the mark.
