1 Der Geschäftsbericht enthält:
2 Die Jahresrechnungen der Anstalt sowie der drei Sozialversicherungen setzen sich zusammen aus der Bilanz, der Erfolgsrechnung und dem Anhang. Die Jahresrechnung der Anstalt gibt insbesondere Auskunft über den Bestand und die Entwicklung der Anlagen.
3 Der Lagebericht der Anstalt enthält insbesondere Angaben über das Risikomanagement, die Personalentwicklung und die Interessenbindungen nach Artikel 7 Absatz 8.
4 Der Verwaltungsrat schliesst den Geschäftsbericht auf Ende des Kalenderjahres ab.

2 The annual financial statements of the Institution and the three social insurance schemes comprise the balance sheet, the income statement and the notes. The Institution’s annual financial statements provide information on the status and development of investments in particular.
3 The Institution’s management report contains in particular information on risk management, personnel development and the interests of the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article 7 paragraph 8.
4 The Board of Directors completes the annual report at the end of the calendar year
