Art. 24e Probenentnahme für molekularbiologische Analysen auf Sars-CoV-2

1 Proben für molekularbiologische Analysen auf Sars-CoV-2 dürfen entnommen werden:

a.
in nach Artikel 16 EpG bewilligten Laboratorien und von ihnen betriebenen Probenentnahmestellen;
b.
in Einrichtungen oder durch Personen nach Artikel 24 Absätze 1 Buchstabe b, 1bis und 2;

2 Die Probenentnahmestelle muss die Identität der zu testenden Person prüfen. Die Probenentnahme muss durch eine geschulte Person durchgeführt werden.

3 Die Probenentnahme kann auch von der zu testenden Person selber durchgeführt werden:

a.
in der Einrichtung, sofern diese die Identität der zu testenden Person prüft und die Probenentnahme vor Ort überwacht; oder
b.
ausserhalb der Einrichtung, sofern diese die Identität der zu testenden Person prüft und die sichere Zuordnung der Probe zur zu testenden Person durch geeignete Vorkehrungen, namentlich durch Videoüberwachung, sicherstellt.

Art. 24e Collecting samples for molecular-biological analyses for Sars-CoV-2

1 Samples for molecular-biological analyses for Sars-CoV-2 may be collected:

a.
in laboratories licensed under Article 16 EpidA and in sample collection stations that they operate;
b.
in facilities or by persons in accordance with Article 24 paragraphs 1 letter b, 1bis and 2;

2 The sample collection station must verify the identity of the person being tested. The sample must be collected by a person trained for this purpose.

3 The sample may also be collected by the person being tested themselves:

a.
in the facility, provided the facility verifies the identity of the person being tested and supervises the collection of the sample as it is being done; or
b.
outside the facility, provided the facility verifies the identity of the person being tested and guarantees that the sample is correctly assigned to the person being tested by taking suitable precautions, in particular by the video monitoring of the process.
