2 Sie sorgen für die Kontrolle der Lebensmittel und der Gebrauchsgegenstände im Inland.
1 The cantons shall enforce this Act unless the Confederation is responsible.
2 They shall ensure that inspections of foodstuffs and utility articles are carried out in Switzerland.
