Art. 14 Abgabe- und Werbebeschränkungen für alkoholische Getränke

1 Die Abgabe alkoholischer Getränke an Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren ist verboten.

2 Der Bundesrat kann die Werbung für alkoholische Getränke, die sich speziell an Jugendliche unter 18 Jahren richtet, einschränken.

3 Vorbehalten bleiben Abgabe- und Werbebeschränkungen nach den folgenden Gesetzen:

a.
Bundesgesetz vom 24. März 20063 über Radio und Fernsehen;
b.
Alkoholgesetz vom 21. Juni 19324.

Art. 14 Restrictions on the supply and advertising of alcoholic beverages

1 The supply of alcoholic beverages to young people under the age of 16 is prohibited.

2 The Federal Council may restrict the advertising of alcoholic beverages that is directed specifically at young people under the age of 18.

3 Restrictions on supply and advertising under the following federal acts are reserved:

a.
Federal Act of 24 March 20063 on Radio and Television;
b.
Alcohol Act of 21 June 19324.
