1 Für Kontrollen und Massnahmen werden Gebühren erhoben. Sie werden nach Zeitaufwand bemessen. Der Stundenansatz beträgt je nach der erforderlichen Sachkenntnis und Funktionsstufe des ausführenden Personals 90–200 Franken.
2 Für Kontrollen, die zu keinen Beanstandungen führen, werden keine Gebühren erhoben.
3 Im Übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Gebührenverordnung vom 8. September 20046.
1 Fees are charged for controls and measures. They are charged according to the time spent. The hourly rate is 90–200 Swiss francs, depending on the requisite expertise and the seniority of the personnel involved.
2 No fees are charged for controls that do not reveal any non‑compliance.
3 Otherwise, the provisions of the General Fees Ordinance of 8 September 20046 apply.
