814.711 Ordinance of 27 February 2019 to the Federal Act on Protection against the Risks associated with Non-Ionising Radiation and with Sound (O-NIRSA)
Art. 24 Aufgaben des BAG
1 Das BAG vollzieht den 3. Abschnitt über Veranstaltungen mit Laserstrahlung wie folgt:
- a.
- Es überprüft die eingereichten Meldungen und kontrolliert stichprobenweise die Einhaltung der Anforderungen vor Ort.
- b.
- Es übermittelt Meldungen betreffend Laserstrahlung in den Luftraum nach Artikel 14 Absatz 2 der für die Flugsicherung zuständigen Stelle.
2 Es stellt den Vollzugsorganen von Bund und Kantonen Vollzugshilfen zur Verfügung.
Art. 24 Responsibilities of the FOPH
1 The FOPH shall enforce Section 3 concerning events involving laser radiation as follows:
- a.
- It shall review the submitted notifications, and it may verify compliance with the requirements on-site.
- b.
- It shall transmit notifications pertaining to laser radiation into the airspace as specified in Article 14 paragraph 2 to the competent body for flight safety.
2 It shall make enforcement aids available to the federal and cantonal enforcement bodies.
