Art. 13 Übergangsbestimmungen

1 Die Meldung nach Artikel 5 Absatz 1 muss für das erste Berichtsjahr bis zum 1. Juli 2008 erfolgen.

2 Melden die Inhaberinnen von Betrieben mit Anlagen nach Anhang 1 Daten, welche die Zeit vor Inkrafttreten der Verordnung betreffen, so werden diese Daten nach Artikel 9 behandelt.

Art. 13 Transitional provisions

1 The report in terms of Article 5 paragraph 1 must be submitted for the first reporting year by 1 July 2008.

2 If the owners or operators of facilities with installations in accordance with Annex 1 report data that relates to the period before the commencement of this Ordinance, this data will be processed in accordance with Article 9.
