1 Die Verordnung soll den Zugang der Öffentlichkeit zu Informationen über die Freisetzung von Schadstoffen sowie den Transfer von Abfällen und von Schadstoffen in Abwasser durch ein Register sicherstellen.
2 Sie gilt für Betriebe mit Anlagen nach Anhang 1.
1 This Ordinance is intended to guarantee public access to information on pollutant release and the transfer of waste and of pollutants in waste water by means of a register.
2 It applies to facilities with installations in accordance with Annex 1.
