1 Das Bundesamt ist berechtigt, gegen Verfügungen der kantonalen Behörden in Anwendung dieses Gesetzes und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen die Rechtsmittel des eidgenössischen und des kantonalen Rechts zu ergreifen.130
2 Die gleiche Berechtigung steht auch den Kantonen zu, soweit Einwirkungen aus Nachbarkantonen auf ihr Gebiet strittig sind.
