Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf das Chemikaliengesetz vom 15. Dezember 20001 (ChemG),
auf die Artikel 29, 29d Absatz 4 und 30b Absatz 1 und 2 Buchstabe a des
Umweltschutzgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 19832 (USG)
und auf Artikel 17 des Gentechnikgesetzes vom 21. März 20033 (GTG)
sowie in Ausführung des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 19954
über die technischen Handelshemmnisse,

verordnet:

The Swiss Federal Council,

based on the Chemicals Act of 15 December 20001 (ChemA),
on Articles 29, 29d paragraph 4 and 30b paragraphs 1 and 2 letter a of the Environmental Protection Act of 7 October 19832 (EPA),
and on Article 17 of the Gene Technology Act of 21 March 20033 (GTA)
and in implementation of the Federal Act of 6 October 19954 on Technical Barriers to Trade,
