813.112.1 Ordinance of 18 May 2005 on Good Laboratory Practice (OGLP)
Art. 15 Inhalt des Verzeichnisses
Das Verzeichnis enthält:
- a.
- Name und Adresse des Betriebs und seiner Prüfeinrichtungen;
- b.
- Art und Zeitpunkt der Inspektion sowie die betroffenen Prüfbereiche;
- c.
- Zeitpunkt des Prüfungsaudits und Identifikation der Prüfung;
- d.
- Entscheid bezüglich der Einhaltung der GLP-Grundsätze;
- e.
- Datum der Verfügung oder der Meldung, dass auf die Einhaltung der GLP-Grundsätze verzichtet wird.
Art. 15 Content of the register
The register shall specify:
- a.
- the name and address of the establishment and of its test facilities;
- b.
- the type and date of inspection and the relevant areas of expertise;
- c.
- the date of the study audit and identification of the study;
- d.
- the decision relative to compliance with GLP Principles;
- e.
- the date of the decision or of the notification that the relevant test facility no longer complies with GLP Principles.
