Wenn ein Stoff anmeldepflichtig wird, weil er nicht mehr nach Artikel 5 der EU-REACH-Verordnung66 registriert ist, darf die Herstellerin ihn noch bis zum Ende des Kalenderjahres, das auf die Änderung des Registrierungsstatus folgt, ohne Anmeldung in Verkehr bringen. Die Anmeldestelle kann die Frist auf begründeten Antrag um maximal zwei Jahre verlängern.

If a substance is subject to the obligation to notify because it is no longer registered in accordance with Article 5 of the REACH Regulation66, the manufacturer may continue to place it on the market without notification until the end of the calendar year following that in which its registration status changes. The Notification Authority may extend the period by a maximum of two years in response to a justified request.
