Art. 3j Forschungsförderung

Der Bund kann im Rahmen des Forschungsgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 1983²⁴ wissenschaftliche Forschung namentlich in folgenden Bereichen fördern:

a.: Wirkungsweise abhängigkeitserzeugender Stoffe;
b.: Ursachen und Auswirkungen suchtbedingter Störungen;
c.: präventive und therapeutische Massnahmen;
d.: Verhinderung oder Verminderung suchtbedingter Störungen;
e.: Wirksamkeit von Wiedereingliederungsmassnahmen.

Art. 3j Promotion of research

The Confederation may in terms of the Federal Research Act of 7 October 1983²⁴ support scientific research in the following fields in particular:

a.: the mode of action of substances that induce addiction;
b.: the causes and effects of disorders associated with addiction;
c.: preventive and therapeutic measures;
d.: the prevention or reduction of disorders associated with addiction;
e.: the effectiveness of reintegration measures.
