1 Das BAG sorgt für die wissenschaftliche Evaluation der Massnahmen nach diesem Gesetz. Es kann die nach den Artikeln 18d–18f beschafften Daten in anonymisierter Form dem Bundesamt für Statistik zur Auswertung und Veröffentlichung übermitteln.125
2 Das Eidgenössische Departement des Innern erstattet nach Abschluss wichtiger Evaluationen dem Bundesrat und den zuständigen Kommissionen der Bundesversammlung Bericht über die Resultate und unterbreitet Vorschläge für das weitere Vorgehen.
3 Das BAG unterhält eine Dokumentations-, Informations- und Koordinationsstelle.
4 Die Swissmedic erstattet Bericht nach den internationalen Abkommen.

1 The FOPH shall arrange for the scientific evaluation of the measures under this Act. It may give the data obtained under Articles 18d–18f in anonymised form to the Federal Statistical Office for evaluation and publication.125
2 On completion of important evaluations, the Federal Department of Home Affairs shall submit a report to the Federal Council and the relevant committees of the Federal Assembly on the results and shall submit proposals for further action.
3 The FOPH shall maintain a documentation, information and coordination office.
4 Swissmedic shall submit reports in accordance with the international agreements.
