1 Die Strafverfolgung ist Sache der Kantone.
2 Die Artikel 6 und 7 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 1974119 über das Verwaltungsstrafrecht gelten auch bei der Strafverfolgung durch kantonale Behörden.
3 Urteile, Strafbescheide und Einstellungsbeschlüsse in Fällen nach Artikel 19 Absatz 2 sind sofort nach ihrem Erlass in vollständiger Ausfertigung dem Bundesamt für Polizei mitzuteilen, sofern die Anklage eine unbedingte Freiheitsstrafe beantragt hat.
