1 Die Prüfperson und der Sponsor können die Gesuche bei der zuständigen Ethikkommission und beim Institut gleichzeitig einreichen.
2 Die zuständige Ethikkommission und das Institut informieren sich gegenseitig über Aspekte, welche die Prüfbereiche sowohl nach Artikel 25 als auch nach Artikel 32 betreffen, und koordinieren ihre Beurteilungen.
1 The investigator and the sponsor may simultaneously submit applications to the responsible ethics committee and to the Agency.
2 The responsible ethics committee and the Agency shall inform each other about matters relating to the review areas specified in Article 25 and in Article 32, and shall coordinate their assessments.
