810.21 Federal Act of 8 October 2004 on the Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells (Transplantation Act)
Art. 16 Geltungsbereich
1 Dieser Abschnitt gilt für die Zuteilung von Organen, welche die Spenderin oder der Spender nicht einer bestimmten Person zukommen lassen will.
2 Der Bundesrat:
- a.
- legt fest, welche Organe nach diesem Abschnitt zuzuteilen sind;
- b.
- kann diesen Abschnitt auch auf die Zuteilung von Geweben und Zellen anwendbar erklären.
Art. 16 Scope
1 This section concerns the allocation of organs which the donor has not donated for a specific person.
2 The Federal Council:
- a.
- shall specify which organs shall be allocated in accordance with this section;
- b.
- may also declare this section to be applicable to the allocation of tissues and cells.
