Safeguards Ordinance of 4 June 2021 (SaO)
1 Das BFE unterrichtet die Betroffenen über den Zeitpunkt, die Inspektionsstätte, den Inspektionsgegenstand und die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer einer Inspektion.
2 Bei unangemeldeten Inspektionen ist innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach der Ankündigung Zutritt zur Anlage zu gewähren.
1 The SFOE shall notify the persons concerned of the time, the inspection location, the subject matter of the inspection and the participants in an inspection.
2 In the case of unannounced inspections, access shall be granted to the facility within two hours of the arrival of the inspectors.
