441.1 Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on the National Languages and Understanding between the Linguistic Communities (Languages Act, LangA)
Art. 4 Geltungsbereich
1 Dieser Abschnitt gilt für folgende Bundesbehörden:
- a.
- die Bundesversammlung und ihre Organe;
- b.
- den Bundesrat;
- c.
- die Bundesverwaltung nach Artikel 2 Absätze 1–3 des Regierungs- und Verwaltungsorganisationsgesetzes vom 21. März 19974 (RVOG);
- d.
- die eidgenössischen Gerichte;
- e.
- die ausserparlamentarischen Kommissionen des Bundes.
2 Soweit die in diesem Gesetz festgelegten Ziele es erfordern, kann der Bundesrat vorsehen, dass:
- a.
- Bestimmungen dieses Abschnitts auf Organisationen oder Personen nach Artikel 2 Absatz 4 RVOG, die gestützt auf Bundesrecht mit Verwaltungsaufgaben betraut werden, anwendbar sind;
- b.
- die Erteilung von Konzessionen oder Aufträgen sowie die Zusprache von Finanzhilfen mit der Auflage zu verbinden sind, Bestimmungen dieses Abschnitts zu befolgen.
Art. 4 Scope of application
1 This section applies to the following federal authorities:
- a.
- the Federal Assembly and its organs;
- b.
- the Federal Council;
- c.
- the Federal Administration under Article 2 paragraphs 1–3 of the Government and Administration Organisation Act of 21 March 19974 (GAOO);
- d.
- the federal courts;
- e.
- the extra-parliamentary committees of the Confederation.
2 Where the goals set out in this Act so require, the Federal Council may provide that:
- a.
- provisions of this Section apply to organisations or persons under Article 2 paragraph 4 GAOO that are entrusted with administrative tasks under federal law;
- b.
- the granting of licences or assignments and the award of financial assistance are made conditional on complying with the provisions of this Section.
