1 Artikel 23 Absätze 1 und 2 gilt sinngemäss für das Verfahren zur Löschung einer Markeneintragung wegen Nichtgebrauchs der Marke.
2 Das IGE kann das Verfahren aussetzen, wenn der Entscheid über die Löschung vom Ausgang eines Zivilverfahrens oder eines anderen Verfahrens abhängt.
1 Article 23 paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis for the cancellation of a trade mark registration on the grounds of non-use of the trade mark.
2 The IPI may suspend proceedings if the decision on the cancellation depends on the outcome of civil proceedings or other proceedings.
