Über Anträge zu nicht gehörig angekündigten Verhandlungsgegenständen können keine Beschlüsse gefasst werden; ausgenommen sind Anträge auf Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung, auf Durchführung einer Sonderuntersuchung und auf Wahl einer Revisionsstelle.
