Art. 706a 2. Procedure

1 The right to challenge shall lapse if the action is not brought within two months of the general meeting.

Art. 704b 4. Ankündigung der Verhandlungsgegenstände

Über Anträge zu nicht gehörig angekündigten Verhandlungsgegenständen können keine Beschlüsse gefasst werden; ausgenommen sind Anträge auf Einberufung einer ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung, auf Durchführung einer Sonderuntersuchung und auf Wahl einer Revisionsstelle.
