1 The Confederation shall bear the costs of the census in accordance with the standard programme, and in particular the costs of its conduct, the compilation and analysis of the data and the dissemination of the results.
2 The Federal Assembly may approve a spending ceiling for the census in a simple federal decree.
3 The costs of the additional programmes are borne in their entirety by the commissioning canton.
1 Der Bund trägt die Kosten für die Volkszählung gemäss Standardprogramm, insbesondere für die Durchführung, für die Erfassung und Auswertung der Daten sowie für die Veröffentlichung der Resultate.
2 Die Bundesversammlung kann für die Volkszählung mit einfachem Bundesbeschluss einen Zahlungsrahmen bewilligen.
3 Die Kosten für die Zusatzaufträge werden vollumfänglich vom bestellenden Kanton getragen.
