6. Withdrawal of offer and acceptance
1 An offer is deemed not to have been made if its withdrawal reaches the offeree before or at the same time as the offer itself or, where it arrives subsequently, if it is communicated to the offeree before he becomes aware of the offer.
2 The same applies to a withdrawal of an acceptance.
6. Retrait de l’offre et de l’acceptation
1 L’offre est considérée comme non avenue, si le retrait en parvient avant l’offre ou en même temps au destinataire, ou si, étant arrivé postérieurement, il est communiqué au destinataire avant que celui-ci ait pris connaissance de l’offre.
2 La même règle s’applique au retrait de l’acceptation.
