D. Rights
I. Voting right
The rights of members to participate in the affairs of the cooperative, in particular with regard to the management of its business and the promotion of the society’s interests, are exercised by taking part in the general assembly of members or, where prescribed by law, in ballots.
II. Aliénation d’un immeuble ou d’une exploitation
1 La qualité d’associé peut être liée par les statuts à la propriété ou à l’exploitation d’un immeuble.
2 En pareils cas, les statuts peuvent prescrire que l’aliénation de l’immeuble ou la reprise de l’exploitation transfère de plein droit la qualité d’associé à l’acquéreur ou au reprenant.
3 La clause portant transfert de la qualité d’associé en cas d’aliénation de l’immeuble ne peut être opposée à des tiers que si elle est annotée au registre foncier.
