C. In connection with an insurance policy

¹ Where membership of the cooperative is linked with taking out an insurance policy with such society, membership is acquired on acceptance of the insurance application by the competent governing body.

² Insurance policies concluded by a licensed insurance cooperative with its members are subject to the Federal Act of 2 April 1908¹ on Insurance Policies in the same manner as insurance policies concluded with third parties.
