III. Constituent assembly

¹ The articles of association are drawn up in writing and submitted to an assembly convened by the founder members for consultation and approval.

² Further, a written report by the founder members on any contributions in kind and assets to be taken over is made available to the assembly for consultation.

³ This assembly also appoints the necessary governing bodies.

⁴ Until the cooperative has been entered in the commercial register, the membership may be established only by signing the articles of association.
