VI. Directors’ and officers’ liability2
The company is liable for any damage caused by unauthorised acts carried out in the exercise of his company function by a person with authority to represent the company or manage its business.

4. Signature1
Les personnes autorisées à représenter la société signent en ajoutant leur signature personnelle à la raison sociale.
