4. Right to convene meetings

Any member of the board of directors may request that the chairman convene a meeting without delay, but must state the reasons for his request.

1. Président et secrétaire

¹ Le conseil d’administration désigne son président et le secrétaire. Celui-ci n’appartient pas nécessairement au conseil.

² Si les statuts le prévoient, le président peut être élu par l’assemblée générale.
