J. Amending the articles of association
1 Any resolution adopted by the general meeting or the board of directors concerning an amendment of the articles of association must be done as a public deed and entered in the commercial register.

II. Actions émises avant l’inscription
1 Les actions émises avant l’inscription de la société sont nulles; les engagements qui résultent de la souscription d’actions demeurent toutefois intacts.
2 Les auteurs de l’émission sont responsables de tout le dommage causé.
