IV. Liability towards third parties
The dissolution of the partnership does not affect obligations entered into with third parties.

2. Des bénéfices et des pertes
1 Si après le paiement des dettes sociales, le remboursement des dépenses et avances faites par chacun des associés et la restitution des apports, il reste un excédent, ce bénéfice se répartit entre les associés.
2 Si, après le paiement des dettes, dépenses et avances, l’actif social n’est pas suffisant pour rembourser les apports, la perte se répartit entre les associés.
