III. Rights of the commission agent
1. Reimbursement of advances and expenses
1 The commission agent is entitled to reimbursement of all advances, expenses and other costs incurred on the principal’s behalf plus interest on all such amounts.
2 He may also claim remuneration for storage and transport costs, though not for the wages of his employees.
4. Avances de fonds et crédits
1 Le commissionnaire agit à ses risques et périls si, sans le consentement du commettant, il fait crédit ou avance des fonds à un tiers.
2 Il peut toutefois vendre à crédit, si tel est l’usage du commerce dans le lieu de la vente et si le commettant ne lui a pas donné d’instructions contraires.
