V. Excessive fees
Where an excessive fee has been agreed for identifying an opportunity to enter into or facilitating the conclusion of an indivaidual employment contract or a purchase of land or buildings, on application by the debtor the court may reduce the fee to an appropriate amount.

III. Déchéance
Le courtier perd son droit au salaire et au remboursement de ses dépenses, s’il agit dans l’intérêt du tiers contractant au mépris de ses obligations, ou s’il se fait promettre par lui une rémunération dans des circonstances où les règles de la bonne foi s’y opposaient.
