F. Information and data protection
1 Before the contract is signed and throughout its duration, the agent must inform the principal of any particular difficulties pertaining to the latter’s personal circumstances that might arise in the performance of the obligations thereunder.
2 When processing the principal’s personal data, the agent is bound by a duty of discretion; the provisions of the Federal Act of 19 June 19921 on Data Protection are reserved.
D. Entrée en vigueur, révocation, dénonciation
1 Le contrat n’entre en vigueur pour le mandant que quatorze jours après qu’une copie signée par les parties lui a été remise. Le mandataire ne doit accepter aucun paiement du mandant avant l’échéance de ce délai.
2 Le mandant peut révoquer par écrit son offre ou son acceptation dans le délai fixé à l’al. 1. La renonciation anticipée à ce droit est nulle. Au demeurant, les dispositions relatives aux conséquences de la révocation (art. 40f) s’appliquent par analogie.
3 La dénonciation doit revêtir la forme écrite.
