III. Disclosure and hand-over of benefits received and work produced
1 The employee is accountable to his employer for everything, and in particular sums of money, he receives from third parties in the performance of his contractual activities and must hand it over to the employer immediately.
2 He must likewise immediately hand over to the employer all work produced in the course of his contractual activities.
III. Obligation de rendre compte et de restituer
1 Le travailleur rend compte à l’employeur de tout ce qu’il reçoit pour lui dans l’exercice de son activité contractuelle, notamment des sommes d’argent; il lui remet immédiatement ce qu’il a reçu.
2 Il remet en outre immédiatement à l’employeur tout ce qu’il produit par son activité contractuelle.
