P. Protection against termination of usufructuary leases of residential and commercial premises
1 The provisions on leases in Title 8 (Art. 271–273c) apply mutatis mutandis to protection against termination of usufructuary leases of residential or commercial premises.
2 The provisions governing the family residence (Art. 273a) are not applicable.
P. Protection contre les congés concernant les baux d’habitations ou de locaux commerciaux
1 Les dispositions sur le bail à loyer (art. 271 à 273c) sont applicables par analogie pour ce qui est de la protection contre les congés concernant les baux à ferme portant sur des habitations ou des locaux commerciaux.
2 Les dispositions relatives au logement de la famille (art. 273a) ne sont pas applicables.
