3. Death of the tenant or lessee

In the event of the death of the tenant or lessee, his heirs may terminate the contract by giving the legally prescribed notice expiring on the next admissible termination date.

3. Décès du locataire

En cas de décès du locataire, ses héritiers peuvent résilier le contrat en observant le délai de congé légal pour le prochain terme légal.
