4. Commercial premises

A party may terminate the lease of a commercial property by giving six months’ notice expiring on a date fixed by local custom or, in the absence of such custom, at the end of a three-month period of the lease.

4. Locaux commerciaux

Une partie peut résilier le bail d’un local commercial en observant un délai de congé de six mois pour le terme fixé par l’usage local ou, à défaut d’un tel usage, pour la fin d’un trimestre de bail.
