III. Entry under priority notice in the land register

¹ The parties to a lease may agree to have it entered under priority notice in the land register.

² The effect of such entry is that every future owner must allow the property to be used in accordance with the lease.

¹ Les parties peuvent stipuler l’annotation de baux d’immeubles au registre foncier.

² L’annotation oblige tout nouveau propriétaire à laisser au locataire l’usage de l’immeuble en conformité du bail.
