II. Conferral of limited rights in rem

Where the landlord or lessor grants a third party a limited right in rem and this is tantamount to a change of ownership, the provisions governing alienation of the object are applicable mutatis mutandis.

Lorsque le bailleur accorde à un tiers un droit réel limité et que cette opération équivaut à un changement de propriétaire, les dispositions sur l’aliénation de la chose louée sont applicables par analogie.
