2. Five years
The following prescribe after five years:
- 1.
- claims for agricultural and commercial rent and other rent, interest on capital and all other periodic payments;
- 2.
- claims in connection with delivery of foodstuffs, payments for board and lodging and hotel expenses;
- 3.1
- claims in connection with work carried out by tradesmen and craftsmen, purchases of retail goods, medical treatment, professional services provided by advocates, solicitors, legal representatives and notaries, and work performed by employees for their employers.
