172.021 Federal Act of 20 December 1968 on Administrative Procedure (Administrative Procedure Act, APA)

Art. 26

1 La partida u ses represchentant ha il dretg da prender invista – en sia chaussa – da las suandantas actas a la sedia da l’autoritad disponenta u d’ina autoritad chantunala che quella sto designar:

a.
inoltraziuns da partidas e consultaziuns d’autoritads;
b.
tut las actas che servan sco meds da cumprova;
c.
protocols da disposiziuns communitgadas.

1bis L’autoritad po trametter las actas sin via electronica per prender invista, sche la partida u ses represchentant va d’accord cun quai.66

2 L’autoritad disponenta po pretender ina taxa per prender invista da las actas d’ina chaussa liquidada; il Cussegl federal regla la fixaziun da la taxa.

Art. 26

1 The party or his representative has the right to inspect the following files relating to his case at the offices of the authority issuing the ruling or of a cantonal authority that it designates:

a.
submissions from parties and the comments made thereon by the authorities;
b.
any documents serving as evidence;
c.
copies of rulings already issued.

1bis The authority may make the documents available for inspection electronically provided the party or his representative is in agreement.66

2 The authority issuing the ruling may charge a fee for the inspection of the files of a case that has been concluded; the Federal Council shall regulate the assessment of the fee.
