Art. 76j Disposiziuns penalas

1 Cun ina multa fin 40 000 francs vegn chastià, tgi che fa intenziunadamain il suandant:

a.
violescha in’obligaziun da decleraziun tenor ils artitgels 76b–76d;
b.
violescha in’obligaziun tenor l’artitgel 76h alineas 3–5.

2 La persecuziun penala è chaussa dals chantuns.

Art. 76j Criminal provisions

1 A fine of up to 40,000 francs shall be imposed on anyone who wilfully:

a.
fails to comply with a duty of disclosure under Articles 76b–76d;
b.
fails to comply with an obligation under Article 76h paragraphs 3–5.

2 The cantons are responsible for prosecution.
